Bethany Ellam is an accomplished professional in product development and purchasing within the food industry, currently serving as the Red Meat Buying Manager and Lead Product Development Manager at Asda since June 2018, overseeing categories such as Beef, Pork, Lamb, and Slow Cooked products.
