Craig Boothe

Craig Boothe is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as the Technology Director at Asda since December 2025. With extensive experience in the technology sector, Boothe previously held the position of Technology Director at Starbucks from June 2023 to December 2025, contributing to the International Technology team that supports solutions across over 5,500 stores and 41 markets in EMEA, LAC, and Asia. Prior roles include Head of Technology at Morrisons, where responsibilities encompassed engineering, security, networks, cloud platforms, and infrastructure; Head of Engineering at Hermes, overseeing 18 agile development squads and a large budget; and Head of IT Technical Operations at Network Rail, managing technical operations for a vast user base in a multi-billion-pound environment.
