Michelle Liptrot

Michelle Liptrot is a seasoned technology and transformation leader with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Technology at Asda since April 2023, Michelle is responsible for leading the design and delivery of the Asda Technology Target Operating Model. Prior to this role, from April 2018 to March 2023, Michelle worked on a contract basis with Asda Technology and PwC, focusing on the design of the Asda Technology Operating Model. Notable previous roles include Programme Director for Grant Thornton, managing logistics and engineering at BrightHouse during its administration, and various leadership positions at ArrowXL, including Transformation Director, where Michelle helped turn the company from loss-making to profit-making. Michelle's earlier experience includes programme management at Yodel/Home Delivery Network and a senior HR role at Shop Direct Group. Michelle holds a BSc Hons in Business Studies from The University of Salford.
