Sarah Knaggs

Sarah Knaggs is a Prosci accredited Senior Change Manager at Asda, where they lead the change management for over 2,500 suppliers and around 1,000 colleagues through large-scale system implementation programmes. With experience exceeding a decade in learning and development, Sarah has designed impactful strategic solutions and large-scale events, while also establishing Asda's first dedicated Change Management function. They hold a BA Honours degree in Business Management from Leeds Beckett University and are accredited in multiple leadership and coaching frameworks, including Hogan and Korn Ferry. Passionate about making change feel simple and human, Sarah creates tailored change strategies and communication plans to support organizational transformation.
