Adam Brodal has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Adam started their career at Palanisami and Associates as a Structural Engineer, where they gained experience in various construction materials. Adam then worked at Hanson Structural Precast as a Senior Project Engineer, overseeing the creation of precast shop drawings and designing new standards. After that, they joined Benham Companies as a Senior Project Manager, preparing contract documents and specifications for industrial structures. At Stehler Structural Engineering, they worked as a Project Engineer, designing and checking precast pieces for retail projects. Adam then joined Roman Stone Construction Company as the Chief Engineer and Sales Support, responsible for designing precast road slabs and civil structures. Later, they worked at Aero Systems Engineering as a Facilities Engineer, and eventually became the Manager in that role. Adam later joined Wells Concrete (formerly Hanson) as an Engineering Manager.
