Frank Santoyo

VP, North America Business Development at ASEA

For more than a decade, Frank Santoyo has had unique insight into the business development efforts of independent ASEA business organizations worldwide. He has studied every mechanism of the ASEA Compensation Plan in action and set up systems to ensure associates receive every dollar earned in their weekly commission payments.

Today, he operates on an even more personal level with the commission process, working directly with ASEA associates in the North America market to set business strategies and initiatives in support of a growing opportunity.

Frank joined ASEA in 2009 as an associate support manager and was quickly elevated to the role of financial analyst. From there, his role continued to expand, eventually becoming the senior director of global treasury with oversight for financial reporting. His experience includes sales modeling, fraud mitigation, team and systems management, as well as financial vendor relations. He earned his MBA from Colorado State University.
