Ahmed Serag

Ahmed Serag is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Supply Chain Manager at ASEC Company for Mining - ASCOM since February 2021. Prior to this role, Ahmed held various positions at InterCement, where responsibilities included supervising maintenance purchasing and overseeing raw material and service purchasing from June 2018 to February 2021. Ahmed also worked as a Materials Management Supervisor at Wadi El Nile Cement Co. from January 2017 to June 2018 and spent several years in different capacities at Wadi El Nile Cement from July 2011 to June 2018, focusing on raw materials administration and oversight of inventory and production planning. Earlier experience includes serving as a Financial and Administrative Officer at ASEC Company for Mining from April 2007 to June 2011, handling project capital control and data management within the SAP system. Ahmed holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business/Management from Mansoura University.
