Talented basketball teams do not always struggle because they lack skill.
They struggle when trust, collective identity and shared responsibility are not strong enough to hold pressure.

I help basketball teams and performance environments strengthen the human foundations of collective performance through Ubuntu, relational intelligence and structured facilitation.

Through BANTU Sport Leadership, I created the Team Culture Lab: a facilitated experience using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, dialogue and relational practice to help players and staff make invisible team dynamics visible.

The work is built around three human questions:

HOME — Who are you beyond basketball?
COMMUNITY — Who are we becoming together?
GIFT — What can each person bring to the whole?

Recent work includes a BANTU residency with Tango Bourges Basket during a demanding EuroLeague week, creating focused spaces for players and staff to explore identity, trust and collective responsibility.

I also work across education, leadership and speaking, but this current offer is specifically designed for basketball teams.
