Başar Bölükbaş

Başar Bölükbaş is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Manager in Prototype Hardware Development at Aselsan. With extensive experience in microfabrication of GaN-based MMIC-HEMT devices and leading fabrication teams, they have contributed significantly to developing novel fabrication steps and enhancing device performance. Previously, Başar held various positions including Senior Expert Engineer and Lead Engineer, focusing on thin film and LTCC process development. They also worked as a Senior Research Engineer at the Nanotechnology Research Center at Bilkent University and taught physics at Private Ankara Yildiz Classroom. Başar earned both a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from Ankara University.
