Cengiz Alsaç

Cengiz ALSAÇ has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Cengiz began their career as an Intern at Vestel in 2006 and 2007, where they gained experience in Electromagnetic Compatibility Tests and reliability tests on various electronic devices. In 2008, they worked as a Supply Operations Production Engineer at Fujitsu-Siemens Computers GmbH, where they were responsible for developing tools, programming, and analyzing system board defects.

In 2010, ALSAÇ returned to Vestel as an EMC Control and Test Engineer, managing projects from R&D to product release. Cengiz also worked as a Project Manager, overseeing various lighting projects and products.

From 2014 to 2018, ALSAÇ worked at Johnson Controls as a Product Development & PLM Specialist. Cengiz handled troubleshooting, BOM checks, and production line audits, and played a key role in addressing specification change requests.

From 2018 to 2021, ALSAÇ was a Change Management & PLM Specialist at BMC Otomotiv San. ve Tic. A.Ş. Here, they focused on change management and PLM processes.

In 2021, ALSAÇ joined TPI Composites, Inc. as a Senior ECM & PLM Engineer, and later moved to Aselsan as a Senior Expert and Senior Lead PLM Engineer.

Throughout their career, ALSAÇ has gained extensive expertise in PLM engineering, change management, and project management. Cengiz has also demonstrated proficiency in electromagnetic compatibility testing, programming, and product development.

Cengiz ALSAÇ obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Dokuz Eylul University, where they also received certifications in CCNA - Cisco Certified Networking Associate and Software Programming & Internet Technologies. Cengiz attended Bornova Anadolu Lisesi (Izmir Koleji) from 1997 to 2004, but no additional degree or field of study information is available for that period. Cengiz also obtained certifications in Project Management & PMP Preparation Education and Software Programming from Vestel and M.E.B (Ministry of Education) respectively.
