Esra Bayük

Esra Bayük has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Quality Management System Responsible at HP -Feba Global. In 2011, they joined TürkTraktör as a Quality Systems Engineer & Quality Circles Specialist, where they focused on the World Class Manufacturing methodology to improve production competitiveness. Esra later became a Senior Engineer - World Class Manufacturing, overseeing the implementation of WCM pillars and standards. Since 2018, Esra has been working at Aselsan as a Senior Expert Engineer - Program and Design Quality Management. Recently, in 2023, they transitioned to the role of Senior Lead Engineer at the same company.

Esra Bayük attended Gazi University from 2005 to 2010, where they studied Industrial Engineering. Esra obtained additional certifications in various areas such as Integrated Management System Internal Auditing, Energy Management System Internal Auditing, and Process Management and Improvement.
