Gizem Kaya

Gizem Kaya is a skilled chemist and materials design expert engineer currently working at Aselsan since October 2022, focusing on materials characterization, development, and polymer chemistry. Previously, Gizem served as a research and development engineer at VSY Biotechnology from January 2019 to September 2022, specializing in product development for medical devices in ophthalmology, dermatology, and orthopedics. Prior experience includes roles as a formulation development assistant specialist, manufacturing intern at Sika, research and development intern at Novartis, and research and development intern at Organik Kimya.
