Simon Batt

Simon Batt is the current CEO of Asendia UK. Simon was appointed to this position after the company's acquisition of wnDirect. Batt is responsible for leading the newly combined business, which specializes in international eCommerce fulfilment and distribution of mail, packets, and parcels. Simon also has full P&L and budget responsibility. Under their leadership, the company is on track to achieve over £200 million in revenue in 2020. Additionally, they have instigated and driven the successful merger programme for the newly formed management board of the company, which has 400 employees. Furthermore, they have put in place a new growth strategy with a strong focus on delivering an amazing experience for customers and employees. This includes increased investment in service innovation, IT agility, and operational automation. Simon Batt is also a member of the Asendia Group Management Board, which leads this division of Groupe La Poste.

Simon Batt has an MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, a MCIM from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and a CIPR from Leeds Beckett University. Simon also has a BA (Hons) in Management & Spanish from Nottingham University Business School and Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
