Swati Bhaskar

Swati Bhaskar is the managing partner at Asentech India Pvt. Ltd. Swati has over ten years of experience in the field of data analytics, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and retail industries.

Swati began their career as a statistician with Roger Green and Associates, a pharmaceutical market research company. Swati then moved to Pathmark Stores, Inc., where they created a pricing tool to assist pricing managers in making informed decisions about price changes.

In 2009, they joined GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) as a statistician, supporting the vaccines and oncology teams with analytics. Swati left GSK in 2010 to join MetLife as a research consultant, where they focused on data mining.

In 2012, they joined Ernst & Young as a supervising associate. Swati remained with the company until 2015, when they joined Asentech India Pvt. Ltd. as managing partner.

After completing their high school education, Swati Bhaskar pursued a degree in statistics at Rutgers University.
