Jared Mattinson

Jared Mattinson has extensive work experience in the finance and consulting industry. Jared is currently the Director at Asenti Diligence Partners LLC since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at EY for a total of 13 years. At EY, they served as a Senior Manager, Strategy and Transactions from October 2018 to January 2021, where they advised Fortune 500 and middle market companies on buy-side and sell-side transactions. Jared also managed project teams and prepared key deliverables. From August 2015 to September 2018, they held the position of Manager, Strategy and Transactions at EY and led financial due diligence for various companies. Before joining EY, Jared worked at SNC-Lavalin as a Manager in various roles. As Manager of Special Projects from October 2013 to July 2015, they handled the integration of a major acquisition, managed World Bank Group debarment projects, and worked on other special projects. From June 2012 to September 2013, they were responsible for financial internal controls and process improvement as Manager, Risk & Compliance. Jared's career began at EY in September 2008, where they worked as an Assurance Senior until June 2012.

Jared Mattinson attended the University of Saskatchewan from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Accounting. Jared obtained the designation of Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta in April 2011. Later, in July 2015, they became a Chartered Professional Accountant through CPA Alberta. Furthermore, Jared obtained the title of Certified Public Accountant from the Texas Society of CPAs in February 2016.
