Charlene Conti

Charlene Conti started their work experience in 2015 as a Statistician at Odds and More, where they assisted in the creation of new betting markets and conducted research on odds creation and other sports-related queries. Charlene then worked as a Production Modeller at Phoenix GSB Group from 2017 to 2019, where they delivered definitive results on KPIs, provided technical insights into model fitting and predictive models, and improved overall betting strategies. After that, they joined Gaming Innovation Group as a Business Analyst from 2019 to 2020. At Amazon, they worked as a Business Intelligence Engineer on various teams from 2020 to 2023, where they automated pipelines, developed innovative strategies to improve customer metrics, built and maintained automated dashboards, and provided analytical insights for business planning and customer experience improvements. Currently, they are working at Angstrom as a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer.

Charlene Conti graduated from the University of Malta in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics and Operations Research. In terms of additional certifications, Charlene obtained the "Machine Learning University - Tabular Data" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2021. In April 2020, they completed the "Master SQL For Data Science" course from Udemy. In September 2019, they earned the "Modeling Risk and Realities" certification from Coursera. Additionally, in March 2019, Charlene completed the "Introduction to Programming Using Python" course from ICE Malta.
