Linsey Duncan has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. In 2006, they were an Office Manager and Editor at Brigham Young University. Linsey then worked as a Content Developer for both the More Good Foundation and Go Travel Sites. In 2009, they worked as a Reference Assistant and Volunteer at the Orem Public Library. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Search Evaluator at Leapforce. Linsey then worked as a Metadata Specialist at Salt Lake Community College in 2011. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Freelance Writer. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Staples in a variety of roles, including Sr. Web Application Developer, Web Application Developer, and KM Product Developer. Since 2018, they have been a Software Developer at ASF Payment Solutions, where they update point of sale, offer builder, and add-on applications into modern code, creates and updates complex reports, and maintains source control with Git.

Linsey Duncan attended San Jose State University from 2009 to 2010 and earned a Master of Library & Information Science (M.L.I.S.) in Library and Information Science. Prior to that, they attended Brigham Young University from 2002 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English and Editing.
