Hoang Nguyen is an experienced portfolio and project manager currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Asfalys since September 2013, focusing on IT governance, projects portfolio management, demand management, PMO process improvement, and KPI reporting. As a co-founder and partner at Asfalys, Hoang Nguyen also oversees business processes for the company. With additional experience as the owner of KITE mc since January 2012, Hoang Nguyen manages ATM and 3DS projects for BNP Paribas Fortis, leading various implementation initiatives. Prior roles include project management positions at Front2Back Management Consulting, ITG Consulting, Comexis Partners, Trasys, and SEMA Group, specializing in J2EE applications, SAP Portal, and Oracle systems. A graduate of Université libre de Bruxelles with a Master’s Degree in Electro-mechanics Civil Engineering, Hoang Nguyen also holds certifications in VISA, Mastercard, and BCMC, along with skills in test and deployment strategy.
