Wendy Focquet is an experienced Business Development Manager currently with Asfalys since August 2022. Prior to this role, Wendy served as a Senior Change Management Consultant at delaware BeLux from January 2020 to April 2021 and held the position of Sales Manager for Resengo® from April 2019 to January 2020. As the owner of CYLT from November 2015 to January 2020, Wendy specialized in change management using the Prosci method, facilitating customer workshops, and training others in the Prosci Method. Previous roles include Office Manager at hsbcad, where responsibilities included sales support and HR management, and Change Management Trainer at Buckman, where Wendy created Change Management plans for various projects. Additional experience includes positions as Team Leader at Nuon and Account Manager at Xerox. Education includes a Prosci Change Management Train the Trainer certification obtained in 2014.
