Martin Binder

Martin Binder is an experienced Corporate Strategy Specialist and Engineering Project Manager at ASFINAG since May 2015. Binder has been active in various working groups focused on infrastructure and transport, including roles with the Conference of European Directors of Roads (CEDR) and ÖVG - Österreichische Verkehrswissenschaftliche Gesellschaft. Additionally, Binder is involved with the Österreichische Forschungsgesellschaft Straße - Schiene - Verkehr and serves as a Delegate for Water and Sanitation in the Austrian Red Cross's Emergency Response Unit. Previous roles include leadership in disaster relief and project management in gas pipeline projects at EVN. Martin Binder holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, and has supplemental education from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
