Paola Mauceri

R&d Specialist at ASG Superconductors S.p.A.

Paola Mauceri is a Junior Research Analyst at ASG Superconductors S.p.A. since January 2020, involved in the development of MgB2 wire for high-field magnet applications as part of the EASITrain Early Stage Researcher program under the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Action. Prior to this role, Paola held a fellowship at LNL-INFN from January 2019 to January 2020, focusing on the deposition process of superconductive niobium films. An undergraduate student researcher at Instituto Venezolano de Investigaciones Científicas from January 2017 to February 2018, Paola worked on glucose functionalization of multiwall carbon nanotubes. Additional experience includes serving as a community manager at Conectiva7 Agencia Digital and as an area sales supervisor at Comercialización y Mercadeo de Insumos, S.A. Paola holds a Master’s degree in Surface Treatments for Industrial Applications from Università degli Studi di Padova and a Master of Engineering in Materials Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
