Customer Care Advocacy Manager

Mark Farrell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technology support. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Care Advocacy Manager at ASG Technologies since January 2018, Mark focuses on building strong relationships with partners and key customers to enhance the use of ASG software. Prior to this role, Mark garnered sports-related experience as an official in NCAA Women's DII DIII JUCO Basketball and held several positions at Avon Products, including Senior Production Support Analyst and Helpdesk Level Two Support, where over 25 years of supporting Data Center Operations were accomplished. Earlier in the career, Mark served as Production Control Supervisor at Presidential Life Insurance, overseeing MIS operations and a staff of nine. Mark holds an Associate degree in Humanities & Social Science from Rockland Community College and graduated from Spring Valley High School.
