We understand manufacturing needs to take place in ultra-low humidity dry rooms, even in R&D labs or large-scale production facilities. We can assist in feasibility or conceptual project development; this can be undertaken under a PCSA. During design, we can assist with value engineering in conjunction with a multidisciplinary design team for all Battery Manufacturing Facilities. Asgard has delivered complex projects involving the following process: R&D Labs, Pilot scale plants, Test chambers, mixing anode & cathode calendaring & Slitting Drying Cell Assembly Labs Packaging. We have developed solutions for dry rooms to maintain dew point of -50°C and 60°C, RH ranging from as low as 0.5%, including fire compartmentation up to 120 minutes.
