Carol McNamara

Carol McNamara has over 25 years of experience in recruitment and staffing, currently serving as Vice President of Recruiting at On Assignment since 2001. In this role, Carol is responsible for recruiting corporate and branch office positions, focusing on account executives and recruiter opportunities across eleven divisions, and personally interviews 97% of candidates to ensure effective talent acquisition. Previously, Carol held the position of Manager of Staffing at Ross Stores Inc. from 1995 to 2001, where responsibilities included managing staffing for 230 off-price retail stores and overseeing corporate placements for multiple departments across East and West Coast Distribution Centers. Earlier in the career, Carol worked as an Executive Recruiter at Douglas Associates, specializing in the permanent placement of retail executives nationwide.
