Aaron Garcia

Aaron Garcia is a seasoned professional in the cement industry with extensive experience in plant management and operations. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Ash Grove Cement Company since February 2024, Aaron previously held dual roles as Plant Manager and Director of Cement Operations Services at Martin Marietta from October 2021 to February 2024. Prior experience at CEMEX, spanning from January 1991 to September 2021, includes positions such as Plant Manager for a major cement plant and Director of Operations Support & Alternative Fuels, where Aaron successfully increased the use of alternative fuels from 7% to 25%. Educationally, Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Monterrey, an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and has completed international management programs at INSEAD and Stanford University.
