Horacio Terron is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the cement industry, having held various managerial and engineering roles in companies such as Ash Grove Cement Company, Cemex USA, and Essroc Cement. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Horacio also has experience in project management, maintenance planning, and teaching English at a private school. Prior to their civilian career, Horacio served in the US Air Force as an aircraft maintenance specialist.
