Phil Teintze

Phil Teintze is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the cement and mining industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Ash Grove Cement Company since February 2015, Phil has progressed through various roles including Assistant Plant Manager and Production Manager. Prior to this, Phil held the position of General Supervisor in Process Operations at Barrick Gold Corporation, overseeing a large team and managing operations at critical processing facilities. Phil's earlier career at Ash Grove Cement Company included roles as Production Superintendent, Process Engineer, and Manufacturing Development Engineer. Phil holds multiple degrees from Montana Technological University, including a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, as well as an MBA from Boise State University.
