Stephanie Saik

Stephanie Saik is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Head of People & Culture for Ash, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Stephanie held the role of Regional Director, People & Culture at Lore Group from July 2021 to February 2024, and served as Regional Director of People for the East Coast at Sydell Group from October 2016 to July 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing unique hotel properties. Additional experience includes working as Area Human Resources Manager at Modus Hotels from March 2010 to October 2016, Front Office Manager on Duty at Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants from November 2008 to March 2010, and beginning a career in hospitality as General Manager at Red Hot & Blue from 1999 to 2008. Education was attained at George Mason University.
