Nathiya R

Nathiya R is an experienced educator with a strong background in mathematics and computer education. Currently serving as Team Manager at Asha for Education since November 2016, Nathiya is responsible for motivating and coaching employees, planning work schedules, and monitoring performance. Previously, Nathiya held positions as a Computer Teacher, instructing students using specialized educational software, and as a Mathematics Teacher at St. Thomas Matriculation Higher Secondary School and Vivekananda Matriculation Higher Secondary School, where notable achievements included guiding 14 students to achieve a perfect score in mathematics. Nathiya holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Madras and a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, showcasing a solid academic foundation in the field.
