Kim Watson

Kim Watson is an experienced project manager and program manager with a strong background in IT governance and labor relations. Currently at Ashbaugh & Associates, Inc., Kim has played a key role in implementing SAP as an enterprise solution for the Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology since May 2018. Prior to this, Kim served as program manager at the Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology, spearheading transformation initiatives and managing a $15 million budget. Earlier experience includes a managerial role in labor relations at the Department of Human Services, where responsibilities included administering collective bargaining agreements and leading grievance hearings. Kim holds education credentials from the University of Illinois Springfield and Western Illinois University.
