Prior to SNC-Lavalin, they held various roles at Valerus, including Vice President, Production Equipment from April 2015 to May 2016, Director of Engineering and Manufacturing from May 2014 to April 2015, and General Manager from March 2012 to May 2014.

Eric Heinle attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1994 to 1998. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Mathematics.
