Adil Ather

Adil Ather is an experienced Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) at the Ashburn Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department, where responsibilities include serving as the lead Advanced Life Support (ALS) provider on an ambulance, performing procedures such as IVs, blood draws, medication administration, airway management, and CPR. Prior roles include serving as an Emergency Room Technician at Children's National Hospital, assisting in various medical procedures, and a Research Assistant in the Health Cognitions & Behavior Lab at The George Washington University. Additionally, Adil has experience as a Vaccinator with Loudoun County Fire and Rescue, administering COVID-19 vaccines and managing on-site emergencies. Adil is currently pursuing a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, following a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The George Washington University.
