Dion Larson

Dion Larson is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leadership and development roles. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Ashby since February 2023, Dion previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Revel from September 2021 to January 2023. Notably, Dion was the Head of Engineering at MakeSchool.org and at Make School, where responsibilities included overseeing the engineering teams and developing essential tools for educational programs. Early experience includes an instructorship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where Dion taught iOS game development, and a role as a Ruby on Rails Developer for the MIT Media Lab. Additionally, Dion undertook a solo project as an Android App Developer, successfully launching an app on Google Play with over 100,000 downloads.
