Eric Sun is a seasoned product management professional with a comprehensive background in AI and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Ashby since September 2025, Eric previously held the position of Founding Product Manager at Virtue AI, focusing on AI safety and security. Prior experience includes serving as a Founding Product Manager at Lindy, developing a no-code platform for AI employees, and working as a Product Manager at Microsoft, where responsibilities included managing the Mac Platform for Microsoft Defender and leading product development for Microsoft News on the Surface Duo. Eric's career began with a role as a Product Intern at Shoelace and participation in the Venture Scout Program. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western University, completed in 2021.
