Will Ducey

Will Ducey is an experienced recruiting operations professional currently serving as the Head of Recruiting Operations at Ashby since May 2025. Prior to this role, Will held the position of Senior Recruiting Operations Manager at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange, where responsibilities included leading and scaling recruiting operations. Previous experience includes serving as the Head of Operations for Talent Acquisition at Automattic and the Head of Technical Recruiting at Toptal, where efforts focused on connecting freelance talent with companies. Will began the recruiting career at TEKsystems as a Recruiter and has consistently built relationships and managed full life-cycle recruiting processes throughout various organizations in the tech industry. Will holds a BA in Business from St. Ambrose University and has also studied at Western Illinois University and the University of Mississippi.
