Josh Eiden

Josh Eiden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate, e-commerce, and project management. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Schon Tepler Group, Inc. since November 2022, and as a Real Estate Agent at Ashby & Graff® Real Estate since March 2021, Josh has developed a strong foundation in property management and sales. Prior roles include E-commerce Manager at Luminaire, Lead Project Manager at Jillian Richey Design, and E-commerce Merchant at hhgregg. Josh began their career in various capacities including Purchasing and Sales Representative at Diversified Marketing Solutions, and Head Coach at Indiana Ultimate/HEAT. Unique experiences also include performing as a Blue Stampede Stunt and Tumble Performer for the Indianapolis Colts. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Marketing from Ball State University and previously studied Graphic Design at Indiana Institute of Technology.
