Lori Gwilliam

Lori Gwilliam is an experienced professional in employee engagement and human resources, currently serving as an Employee Engagement Specialist at Ashcroft Inc. since August 2022, where the focus is on designing innovative measurement and gauge products. Prior to Ashcroft, Lori worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Jewish Senior Services, managing the onboarding process for long-term care new hires. Lori also held the position of Human Resources & Risk Management Associate at LifeBridge Community Services, where responsibilities included personnel changes and insurance premium reconciliations. Earlier experience includes roles at Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P., as a Contracting & Credit Services Representative and Marketing Services Representative, facilitating customer contracts and managing credit information. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University.
