Aroba Hafeez

Aroba Hafeez has a wealth of experience in the clinical data management field. Aroba began their career in 2006 at Celera Corporation as a Supply Chain, where they accurately labeled and aliquoted chemical inventory samples. In 2008, they joined Monsanto as a Data Production Associate, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting a robotic microfluidic system. In 2010, they moved to Siemens Diagnostics as a Product Development Scientist II, analyzing sequencing data and designing experiments. In 2011, they joined Genentech as a Transitional Oncology Project Manager, coordinating and leading study initiation, monitoring, and closeout meetings. In 2013, they began working at Onyx Pharmaceuticals as a Clinical Data Manager, providing full cycle support on EDC development. In 2015, they moved to Acerta Pharma B.V. as a Sr Clinical Data Manager. In 2017, they founded and became a Clinical Data Manager Consultant at MetaProk, CDM Consulting. Finally, in 2020, they joined Gilead Sciences as a Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management. In 2022, they are expected to join Asher Biotherapeutics as the Director, Clinical Data Management.

Aroba Hafeez completed a Bachelor of Science in Combined Science (Chemistry & Biology) from Santa Clara University in 2006. In 2014, they obtained a Base SAS Certification from Clinovo TechTraining. They also have a Clinical Trial Design/Management Certificate from UC San Diego Extension. Prior to that, Aroba Hafeez attended Davis Sr High School.
