Julie Trulson has a long and impressive career in the biotherapeutics industry. Julie began their career in 1990 as an Intern at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Julie then moved to Gryphon Sciences in 1999 as a Senior Scientist. In 2000, they worked as a Group Leader in Process Development at Targesome. Julie then worked at Abgenix in 2004 as a Scientist in Process Development. In 2006, they moved to Amgen as a Principal Scientist in Process Development. In 2011, they worked as a Principal Scientist in Process Development at Boehringer Ingelheim. In 2014, they moved to OncoMed Pharmaceuticals as the Executive Director, Head of Process Development and Manufacturing (CMC). Julie also served as the Senior Director and CMC Team Leader at OncoMed. In 2019, they moved to Allogene Therapeutics as the CMC Team Leader. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Asher Biotherapeutics as the Head of CMC.
Julie Trulson earned a BS in Biochemistry from Washington State University in 1992, followed by a PhD in Chemistry from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1999.
