Sarah Shang

Sarah Shang has a long and varied work experience in accounting, beginning in 1999 with a Financial Manager role at the National Asian American Telecommunications Association. Sarah then moved to EMSO, Inc. in 2005 as a Finance Manager/Assistant Controller, followed by a role as Accounting Manager at Chronicle Books in 2006. Sarah then moved to Advantage Enterprises, Inc. in 2007, where they worked as an Accounting Manager. In 2008, they joined E2open as a Senior Accountant, and then moved to Guidewire Software in 2013, where they worked as a Senior Accountant. In 2016, they joined Five Prime Therapeutics, Inc. as a Manager of Accounting Operations and Senior Accountant. In 2019, they moved to Nektar Therapeutics as an Accounting Manager, followed by a role as Senior Accounting Manager at Arcus Biosciences in 2020. Sarah is currently working as the Associate Director of Accounting at Asher Biotherapeutics since 2022.

Sarah Shang has earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from San Francisco State University, with a focus in Accounting and Finance.
