Nareda Mills

Nareda Mills serves as the Global President of Patient Solutions at Inizio Engage, having held various leadership positions within Ashfield and UDG Healthcare plc since 2008, including President of Patient Solutions and VP of Nursing Services. Nareda Mills has extensive experience overseeing commercial nursing operations, managing nurse educator teams, and ensuring compliance and budget management. Previous roles include Asthma Nurse Educator sponsored by Novartis and Genentech, and Clinics Manager at the University of South Florida, where oversight was provided for multiple pediatric specialties. Training as a Registered Nurse was completed at Fanshawe College in Ontario, Canada.
