1982 	formed in Leicester as underwear manufacturer 
Animm Textiles Ltd
1987 	underwear manufacture moves offshore and Animm’s UK 
based business shifts to servicing the decoration 
needs of other manufacturers
1988 	first 12-head embroidery machine installed
1988-99	facility expands from initial 6,000 sq.ft. to existing 20,000 sq.ft.
1993 	print operation initiated
1999 	major refurbishment of plant
2000 	ISO accreditation achieved
2004 	DTI’s MAS “Manufacturing Best Practice” project successfully completed
2005 	Animm Textiles absorbed into the Ashfield (UK) Ltd brand
2006 	Ashfield achieves Investors in People accreditation
2007	Ashfield celebrates its “Silver Jubilee”
