Tegan Ketchie is a seasoned professional in client relations and customer experience with extensive experience in the nonprofit and arts sectors. Currently serving as Client Relations Manager at Ashford Advisors since November 2019, Tegan has held notable positions including Adjunct Instructor at Tessitura Network and Director of Customer Experience at H&W Printing. Previously, Tegan was a Senior Relationship Manager at The Woodruff Arts Center, where responsibilities included mentoring a customer relationship team and managing technological project implementations for a $90 million organization. Tegan's experience also includes fundraising roles at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, where significant revenue was raised, and development efforts were enhanced through technical training and process improvements. Tegan holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Organizations and a Bachelor's degree in History and Music from The University of Georgia.
