Sakthivel Manickam

Sakthivel Manickam is a seasoned contracts specialist with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Senior Contracts Specialist at the Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ in Qatar since March 2022. Prior to this role, Sakthivel worked as a Senior Contract Administrator at Egis and as Contracts Manager, Deputy at Parsons Corporation, contributing to one of Qatar's major new city projects. With over 17 years in the UAE's construction industry at Wade Adams as a Senior Contracts Engineer, expertise includes claims management, valuation, and procurement management.
