Kritika Laddha

Kritika Laddha has a diverse range of experience in the jewelry industry. Kritika started their career at Dwarka Gems Limited as a Design Intern in 2010, followed by a Design Internship at Sama Jewellery. Kritika then worked at Musaddilal & Sons Jewellers as a Design and Sales Associate, where they gained knowledge in traditional jewelry manufacturing techniques and assisted clients in designing bridal diamond and gold jewelry. Kritika later became the Owner and Designer at Naisa Couture Jewels, showcasing their creativity and business acumen. Kritika then joined ASHI Diamonds, LLC as a Product Development Specialist, responsible for analyzing market trends and conceptualizing collections. At Hamilton Jewelers, Kritika held the role of Inventory/Digital Media Assistant Manager, where they managed product stocking priorities and analyzed inventory levels. Currently, they are working as the Creative and Product Director at ASHI Diamonds, LLC, leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle and conducting market research to enhance product positioning.

Kritika Laddha pursued their education in a chronological order. Kritika attended Rosary Convent High School from 1991 to 2004. Afterwards, they studied at Villa Marie College from 2004 to 2006, completing their Under Graduate degree in Commerce, Mathematics, and Economics. Kritika then enrolled at the National Institute of Fashion Technology from 2007 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Lifestyle Products. Finally, in 2013 and 2014, they attended the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), focusing on Gemology and obtaining a degree as a Graduate Gemologist.
