Rajeev Pandya is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in the diamond industry and a strong background in organizational leadership. Since 1987, Rajeev has been a Partner at ASHI DIAMONDS, LLC, and Avalon Solution since 2008. In leadership roles, Rajeev serves as Vice President and Chairperson of the New York Chapter for JITO USA, and as a Board Member for both JAINA and The Akshaya Patra Foundation USA. Previously, Rajeev held the position of President for the Indian Diamond and Colorstone Association in 2022. Rajeev holds a BS in Economics with a focus on Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, earned between 1982 and 1986.
