Before that, Harold was the Principal at Accord India, where they built and led the Technology practice and the Bangalore office for the firm.
Earlier in their career, Harold worked as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young and Amrop International. Harold also has experience in the Banking & Financial Services industry, having worked as a Senior Consultant at Personnel Search Services Pvt. Ltd., where they helped commercial and investment banks in India and the Middle East with their senior level talent needs.
