Kunal started their career with Hindalco Industries Limited in April 1999 as an Assistant Manager - Sales. Kunal was responsible for managing the Export sales for Foil Buisness in Hindalco Industries (Erstwhile Indian Aluminium Company). In October 1997, they joined Tyco Fire & Security as an Engineer - Projects. Kunal was working with the projects department and responsible for executing projects related to Fire protection for residential and commercial buildings.
In November 2003, Kunal joined ABC Consultants Pvt Ltd as Head EPI and R&D. Kunal was with the company for 8 years till August 2011. Currently, they are the Co-Founder & Director at WalkWater Talent Advisors.
Kunal Girap has a EGMP - XII from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a BE Mech in Mechanical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Shriram Polytechnic.
