Pete Hales

Pete Hales is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Ashland Greene. Prior to this role, Pete held the position of Executive Director in Investment Banking at UBS, where he specialized in Global Power, Utilities, & Infrastructure. Pete also has experience as a Vice President in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, focusing on the Global Power and Utilities Group. With a background in the US Navy as a Lieutenant and Ensign, Pete has a strong foundation in leadership and experience in reactor controls. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Finance, and Accounting from The Wharton School, and completed nuclear power training at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
