Police Communications at Ashland Police Department

Mark Byron has extensive experience in emergency communications, serving at the Ashland Police Department since July 2000 as a Police Communications professional responsible for managing 911 calls, monitoring radio traffic, and coordinating responses for police, fire, and EMS. Prior to this role, Mark worked at the Natick Police and Fire Departments from January 1997 to July 2000 as an Emergency Communications Specialist, where responsibilities included answering emergency lines and dispatching services for various incidents. Mark is a graduate of the Massachusetts Criminal Justice Training Council, having completed the Reserve Intermittent program in 2001.
